The Carson City School District’s Nutrition Department will work over the summer to implement a new point-of-service system and online nutrition program portal. The current online payment method goes through
MyPaymentsPlus, but starting this fall, all food related payments will be through the Titan Family Portal at
titank12.com.
All existing balances will automatically roll over into Titan beginning July 9, 2019, so as far as the child is concerned, it will be like nothing has changed. Applications for free and reduced meal status may also be completed through the Titan Family Portal. Unlike the district’s current system, parents and families will be able to apply online as many times as they need to throughout the year. The Titan family portal ensures user-friendliness. Through the new portal, parents and families will be able to set up access to manage their child’s nutrition account, get low balance notifications and much more.
