Carson High School would like to celebrate Todd Gosselin. Todd enjoys being part of all things Carson High. He is an outstanding student, with a 4.9 GPA, a Blue crew commissioner and Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Chapter and State Officer, a student-athlete and works in the community teaching young children to swim.
Beyond the classroom, Todd will be a four-year letterman for Carson High Swimming and is a three-time state qualifier. He shows his dedication to sports and his ability to balance academics with extracurricular activities. Because of his love for the sport and the belief that swimming is a lifelong activity and an essential skill, he helps coach younger swimmers and imparts his knowledge to others by providing private lessons.
Todd is also highly involved within his school community. He has been a National Honors Society student for the last three years, a Blue Crew commissioner helping underclassmen and new students transition to Carson High School and a State Officer in FBLA.
As a State Officer, he plays a pivotal role in supporting all FBLA chapters in the state of Nevada. His leadership extends beyond the local level, impacting the entire state of Nevada’s FBLA communities. Todd’s dedication to fostering growth and collaboration among FBLA chapters is commendable. As a State Officer he is in charge of the Nevada FBLA Instagram account. His social media expertise allows him to effectively communicate FBLA’s initiatives, events and successes, creating a strong online presence for the organization.
Todd’s commitment to excellence is evident in everything he undertakes, showcasing a deep understanding and passion for learning. He will continue that passion at UNR in the fall, majoring in Environmental Science. With a stellar academic record, impressive extracurricular achievements, active participation in school spirit initiatives and a leadership role in FBLA, Todd will be leaving an indelible mark on Carson High School.
